Our Strategic Plan

In 2024, Act for Kids launches our Impact Strategy for 2024-2027.

This Impact Strategy reflects our commitment to creating meaningful change for children, young people, and families across Australia. Guided by our vision for 2034, we are focused on addressing the intergenerational nature of trauma and disadvantage through prevention, treatment, and advocacy.

Our strategy highlights three key areas of impact:

• Service Impact: Delivering exceptional, evidence-based services that improve lives.
• Advocacy Impact: Championing the rights and wellbeing of children and families through credible advocacy and policy influence.
• Environmental Impact: Working towards a carbon-zero footprint and promoting environmental sustainability to secure a brighter future for the next generation.

At the heart of our strategy is a thriving organisational culture that supports our people to deliver excellence every day. By building our capacity and capability, we are positioned to achieve our bold vision: supporting at least 90,000 people annually, operating in four states, and being a recognised leader in creating positive social change.
