Changing the lives of kids in Australia
At four years old, Grace experienced an extremely traumatic removal from her parents during which she witnessed violence, verbal abuse and threats. She had been exposed to domestic and family violence for years, and was severely neglected.
Gerard was a 14-year old young man when he first came to Act for Kids in September 2020. He was suffering from significant PTSD as a result of the years of abuse he endured at the hands of his father.
Luke, aged four, was found alone in an empty room at home. He had been horrendously neglected and could barely speak.
