Throughout her career, Leah has demonstrated a passion for making a positive impact in her community, particularly in supporting children.
In her role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Act for Kids, Leah oversees not only financial operations, compliance and risk but also leads ICT and procurement functions. Prior to this, Leah held leadership positions at the General Manager level, specialising in Financial Control, Treasury, and Statutory Reporting in an ASX-listed financial service business.
Adept at developing high-performing teams and implementing robust governance systems, Leah approaches decision-making with a risk-based mindset honed during her origins in internal and external audit. Leah is passionate about building sustainable financial and governance frameworks that supports Act for Kids in fulfilling their mission to help keep kids safe, heal from trauma and lead happy lives.
